The sun may still be shining in Australia, but there’s no doubt that winter is well and truly here — making it almost impossible to spring out of your warm bed in the morning. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take long to break your summer routine and start skipping your morning workout and snoozing your alarm ten times over. It also becomes harder to eat healthy during the colder months, which then leads to your energy levels dropping and your sleep patterns to be disrupted. Not fun!

It's a myth that you have to be fit to burn fat. In fact, people from every fitness level can get in that game. With that in mind, we've got a Zadi Training workout that will banish fat without breaking your spirit.

Don’t call ZADI a gym. It’s a fitness concept of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that’s designed just for the ladies.

ZADI Training is a boutique studio for badass women, and they combine women-specific HIIT workouts with cutting edge technology to monitor your fitness progress. Yep, that means you’ll be killing workouts titled ‘Slay Day’, ‘Badass Boss’ and ‘Toned AF’ like the legend you are.

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, when it comes to gym, studio and fitness options, to say that we’re spoilt for choice here in Sydney is an understatement. Whether you’re into weights, prefer a good boxing sesh or you’re more of a yoga kinda girl—there really is something that caters to everyone.

If you're a lady person who is looking to up your fitness levels and perhaps tone up your legs, tum and bum a little, you're going to want to listen up because there's a brand new workout style designed specifically for you.

While it’s hardly the new kid on the fitness block, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is having a definitely having resurgence on the scene.

Perfect for those short on time that need results fast (a.k.a. all of us), HIIT is gaining distinct popularity with women, leading to a rise in women’s-specific fitness boutiques, including Sydney’s new female-only circuit gym, ZADI Training, whose programs are built around the profound benefits of HIIT for women.

First there was jazzercise—rocking out to Richard Simmons or Jane Fonda with your hand-knitted rainbow legs warmers (okay, maybe you're not quite that old, and that was your mother!) Next came Tae-bo and a variety of all empowering kick boxing/martial art, non-contact classes to punch, hook and uppercut your way to rock-hard abs.  While at home, Zumba, Turbo Jam and Hip-Hop Abs with Sean T were teaching you to tilt, tuck and tighten; at the gym we were learning how high intensity interval training could amp up your exercise results.

When is the best time to exercise? It’s a question we’ve been asking ourselves for decades, trying to pin point the best time in the day to work out.
